Dheemahi Integrated Centre for Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is a comprehensive social-health initiative of Sakshama. It is an integrated centre dedicated to the physical and mental rejuvenation of individuals, combining advanced therapeutic systems with psychological and social support.
The word “Dheemahi,” derived from the Gayatri Mantra, signifies inner awakening and intellectual empowerment — a thought that inspires wisdom and strength. The centre functions in that very spirit.

With the help of a couple of CSR projects, we could setup basic and advanced therapy equipments and other accessories. These advanced equipments allow for more accurate assessments, improved monitoring of progress, enhanced outcomes in pain management, mobility improvement, and overall physical rehabilitation. From its launch in the basic form, till Dec 2025, we have given about 1800 therapy sessions to patients out of which about 70% are people with disabilities. We would like to highlight the fact that, majority of the patients approaching us are not only divyangjans, but poor also.
Dheemahi is equipped with modern therapy machines like FES, ATT, I-GAIT with Treadmill etc.
